Powered By Fiction was a true collaboration—bringing together designers, makers, writers, illustrators, and Intel’s futurists to transform the Design Fiction movement into an immersive, traveling gallery experience. Created for ASU’s Emerge Conference, the exhibit showcased science fiction as a powerful source of inspiration for real-world innovation, using comic-inspired visuals and interactive storytelling.
As a designer on the team, I worked closely with creative directors, artists, and fabricators to translate ambitious ideas into a dynamic physical space.
Designing remotely added challenges—scaling artwork, considering materials, and ensuring the exhibit could be assembled, dismantled, and transported with ease. The result was a visually striking installation that sparked conversations and became a standout moment at the conference.
